Put on a kimono and come to Japantown for dining and shopping! The 27th “Japantown Kimono Day” Date：May 12 from 10:00am
This Kimono Day, we will have Competitive Karuta. The performance will begin at 1 pm. Enjoy!
"Karuta is a traditional card game played by using 100 famous poems written roughly between the 7th centry and the 13th centry. Although its historical aspects may make it sound elegant and sophisticated, the actual game is very intense and often categorized as sports. " - Olivia Myrick
